Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product doesn’t match its description

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

  2. We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind after use
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Items returned without prior contact
